Multiple Orders

If you would like more than one of Soobird's creations please contact her before you make your purchase to check availability.

 

Custom Orders

Please be aware that all commissions received will take longer to create. Soobird will give you an estimated completion date and will do her very best to get the item to you in time for your event/occasion.

A non-refundable deposit is required once a date has been agreed. This is usually 50% of the item price.

 

Payment

Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase. Paypal is the preferred method of payment but personal cheques and money orders are accepted. Please contact Soobird for more information.

If you have a problem with the payment, delay or special circumstances please email ASAP.

 

Shipping

Each item is individually wrapped and carefully packaged to ensure you receive it in one piece. This happens within 24 hours of payment unless it is a custom order, see above.

All items are sent by First Class Royal Mail*. Insurance or tracking can be added if desired. If you need your item sooner rather than later faster shipping methods are available.

*In the event of a postal strike alternative shipping methods may be used.

If you are an overseas client postage costs will be higher. Please contact Soobird for a quote.

Please contact Soobird with your request and an amended invoice will be sent to you.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Soobird hopes you will be very happy with your handmade accessory but in the unlikely event you want to return it please contact her ASAP. The item should be returned within 5 days* and if returned in the same condition it was sent a refund minus the shipping costs will be given to you.

*Proof of postage is advisable.
